Best Places to Get A Tattoo on Your Vegas Vacation

Let’s face it, you’re probably going to get a little wild on your Vegas vacation – that’s what this town is great for. But coming home with a permanent Kermit the Frog tattoo on your forearm is probably not what you had in mind. If you’re thinking about getting inked in Vegas, then you’re head is in the right place as some of the most talented tattoo artists live and work in this city. We’ve done our research and hit up our most tatted friends to find some of the best places to get inked on the Strip and off of it so you can avoid a perma-Kermit as a souvenir of your trip.

On The Strip

Club Tattoo
3663 Las Vegas Blvd. South #225
Located inside of Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops, Club Tattoo boasts Walter ‘Sausage’ Frank from Ink Master 4 as one of its featured tattoo artists. Plus you can hang in swanky parlor and people watch while going under the gun.

Mario Barth’s Starlight Tattoo

With two locations – one in the Mirage and the other in Mandalay Bay – this is where celebrities go to get their tats when in Vegas. Mario Barth is the badass tattoo artist who has inked the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Tommy Lee & Usher. While there is a two-year waiting list for him, the other artists are equally as talented and you can get in for a tat appointment while on your trip.

Fox & Hound Tattoo
2000 Las Vegas Blvd.
You can find this little gem of a tattoo parlor inside The Stratosphere. Get great portrait work done here in addition to other art and, as a major bonus, it’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk in or make an appointment, they’ve got you covered.

Off The Strip

Whether you prefer skulls, Boba Fett, Amelia Earhart, well, pretty much anything under the sun, Skin Factory can do it for you. With great attention to detail and an extremely friendly staff, you’ll be uber-pleased with your choice at Skin Factory.

Downtown Tattoo
1106 Fremont St.
All the artists at Downtown Tattoo do phenomenal work, plus they like to have fun so you enjoy your tattoo experience as much as possible. It’s a great location as you can head to Fremont East to show off your fresh tat over a couple of beers. Is there any better conversation starter?
