Oh and you’d be foolish to miss out on the sashimi assortment delicately flavored with garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. It’s like a rainbow on your plate and who wouldn’t such a thing at their table? Those are the natural must haves. As for the other things that’ll need to make a cameo at your table: Toro Tartare with Caviar (it melts once it hits your tongue), Kobe Beef Toban Yaki and a round (or three) of the restaurants specialty saketinis.

As for the décor and atmosphere; it’s expected you look for a spot that’s clean and has top-notch service. Well both of those things happen at Nobu. Expect to see an architectural wonderland upon entry. It’s natural elements mixed with modern sophistication. Simply put, Nobu is the ideal spot to start off a swanky Las Vegas night. The place is dipped in earth tones and features captivating accents like bamboo pillars, a rock wall, sexy lighting and fine detail made to mirror the spirit of Japan.

So you can take your pick of Las Vegas restaurants that’ll make you feel like a VIP, but forget searching and just plan for dinner at Nobu--but remember to call ahead or have your assistant do it.
