From Dusk to Dawn: Treating Your Vegas Hangover

Thanks to the unlimited options for partying the night away in Las Vegas, we're faced with a slew of icky hangover feelings that one might not know how to deal with. Luckily, we've been around the block quite a few times and know exactly what you need when the sun rises based on how you spent the night.

Nightclubs: Revive at a Juice Bar
If last night's blurry selfies, broken heels and bass-pounding memories are any indication of what went down in the wee hours of the Vegas morning, then you definitely lived the club life and made it out alive like a baller. But if you're feeling the after effects of that VIP lifestyle, your body is likely in need of some crucial supplementation. Swing by the brand new Grass Roots Juice Bar in Downtown Vegas, because this freshly grown little shop is about to make you feel like The Hulk. Plus, they have some tasty menu items that are delicious by anyone's standards, vegan or otherwise. On The Strip? Try Canyon Ranch Grill inside The Venetian for fresh fruit smoothies with add-on flax seeds, wheat germ, soy - whatever your aching body is craving.

Dive Bars: The Tried & True Greasy, Delicious Breakfast
How does your head and belly feel after spending hours drinking in that dark, smoky hole-in-the-wall you and your friends love so much? Probably not ideal. We've definitely been there, friends, no shame. Own it and head out to breakfast with the rest of the not-so-early-risers to somewhere like O Face Doughnuts. Sweet baby Jesus, this place is heavenly and you will definitely get to make use of your "O Face," regardless of how last night turned out for you. Their award-winning Maple Bacon doughnut is right up anyone's alley, but they offer a few other flavors each day that cover both the sweet and savory worlds. Another option is to hit up Rise & Shine, a Steak & Egg Place for their uniquely homey Pots of Bread that come freshly baked to your table. I recently cured a hangover with their Crunchy Cinnamon Raisin French Toast and had a heart-to-heart with the personal flask of warm, cinnamon maple syrup they gave me.

Classy Lounges: A Chic Champagne Brunch
Well, look at you putting' on the ritz inside Vegas' chicest, swankiest lounges. It was easy to get carried away with all those glittering glasses of champagne and custom cocktails from that adorably hipster bartender, wasn't it? Honestly, what you need after a night like that is some hair-of-the-dog in the fresh air. We've got two favorites for you to choose from for your recovery champagne brunch. If you can make it off The Strip, take the trip over to Marchés Bacchus in Summerlin for a refreshing French escape with a lakeside al fresco meal. You'll swear you're not even in Las Vegas. A special Sunday brunch menu features dozens of delectable options that make it very hard to choose, but they give you an easy choice with bottomless mimosas, champagne or Kir Royale. If you need to stay on The Strip, treat yourself to people watching from Mon Ami Gabi's patio at the bottom of Vegas' Eiffel Tower with your bottomless champagne in hand.
