This Summerlin steakhouse is also offering a $55 three-course menu with a $25 optional beverage pairing. Appetizer options include Roasted Heirloom Squash Soup, Andiron Caesar and Old Bay Shrimp Cocktail. For your entree, you can choose from Roasted Pumpkin Gnocchi, Grilled Scottish Salmon, Carved Organize Turkey or Herb Crusted Prime Rib.
