The new Italian-based restaurant from TV personality and chef, Giada de Laurentiis, inside of The Cromwell is the place to dine at in Vegas. The problem with eating at Giada's is that it's becoming more difficult to get a reservation because of it's immense popularity from locals and visitors alike. Thankfully, though, the powers that be with Giada's will be adding lunch hours beginning July 16. This provides patrons with an additional chance to enjoy this highly-popular eatery.

For a traditional restaurant FiAMMA’s design is very modern with clean lines and very dim lighting. The clean design is aesthetically pleasing, which is a good start. However, the food isn't so traditional as it mirrors the modern aesthetic.
