For some, New Year's Eve means confetti, Champagne, and dancing. The closest thing to a dining experience in this night out would be the olives in your martini. For those of you who proudly tout your foodie flag or are turned on by the words “caramelized,” “caviar butter sauce,” or “truffles,’ then you’re going to need one of these amazing New Years Eve menus to choose from.
