The stress of the holidays usually involves in–laws and spending way too much money on other people. Yes, I understand that it is better to give than to receive but what if you spent a little more time on you than on “them” this year.

Yeah, I know it’s not socially acceptable.

How varied is the Las Vegas experience? Well, let me explain that if you have heard someone say, “I don’t do Vegas. I don’t gamble.” They clearly don’t understand Las Vegas. They don’t know Las Vegas. They can’t comprehend what Las vegas is all about.

Do your good deed for the week and help them see the lights. Help them recognize what you already know. Help them, help themselves!

If you have not yet experienced Hakkasan Las Vegas you might have a hard time containing your excitement long enough to have a few drinks and a snack before your night begins. You’ll be coming up with a strategy to catch a glimpse of the mega club and possibly trying to come up with your lines for your new found friends. However, you have to know that the doors don’t open until 10pm so you’ll need a few suggestions for the late afternoon and early evening fun.

This is the beginning of Halloween Week in Las Vegas so get your costume ready and make sure you work on your acceptance speech for your big moment when you win the grand prize at one of the many costume contests on the Las Vegas strip.

Whether you choose a nightclub Halloween party or a Las Vegas haunted house your “All Hallows Eve” celebration can easily be stretched out into a few days of fun.

Before you decide to have the quaint nightlife experience that is The Bank at Bellagio you’ll need to get the evening started in proper Las Vegas fashion. Don’t worry about getting in late, you’ll make your VIP reservations and soon be inside the upscale nightclub environment. First, though, you need to tour the bars of Bellagio to get your mind right.

No accents of red or accessories that set you apart, just white and only white. This weekend, October 5, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Sensation arrives in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas has a way of a making you do things that you would otherwise not do such as drink heavily in the middle of the day after a long night of drinking and dancing. There is something in the Las Vegas air that motivates us to have a good time while enjoying a few cocktails and rehearsing all the bad pick–up lines we have stored in our mental bank. It is as if when we get off the airplane our processor slowed down just enough for us to reconsider all the smart decisions we have made in the past and we now get to ask for a redo.

The Life is Beautiful Festival is coming to Downtown Las Vegas October 26-27, 2013 for an event that combines music, food, art, culture and Las Vegas into a two day event. This is not just a music festival it is an opportunity to sample food from some of the best chefs in town while enjoying performances from Cirque du Soleil performers all in one spot. 15 city blocks in Downtown Las Vegas will become a celebration of life.

When your good friend tells you that he is getting married, do you automatically think about having a bachelor party in Las Vegas? Oh yeah. You can see the entire party jamming into a taxi cab headed for a nightclub after a day at the pool. The bars, the blackjack tables and the wild actions that come when one of the guys decides to leave the roost are only the tip of the iceberg.

You don’t let a fellow comrade leave without a huge party in Las Vegas so I’m going to have to help you come up with a few ideas.

We have all left a nightclub late in the evening or early in the morning and had the crazy idea to have a meal. As if all that dancing and those extras cocktails have made us need a meal at 4am. We can’t wait until breakfast and dinner was too long ago. We have to have the late night meal.
