Dim Sum is commonly only available during the late morning and early afternoon hours, but with KJ, the Dim Sum menu is available throughout the day.

    Tucked away in the Gold Coast Casino off of Flamingo Road is Ping Pang Pong with Dim Sum available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. While it gets pretty busy here, the Dim Sum is worth the wait. Definite must orders include the Minced Squab Lettuce Cups, Pot Stickers and the Coconut Bun.

Zine at The PalazzozineThis has ranked as a top Dim Sum and Asian fusion restaurant for years with Chef Simon To perfecting the menu.When you’re here, you must order Shrimp Har Gow and Pork Buns. The Har Gow is about as authentic as it gets for Dim Sum. Definitely ask for a little Fiji Apple Sake to tie it all together. Reminder, you’re on the Strip, so expect Strip prices.
  4. Hakkasan at the MGMhakkasan
    While Hakkasan is the name of the flagship mega club at MGM, it is also the name of their scrumptious restaurant located outside of the club. It’s a great place to people watch while you snack on Pan-seared Shanghai Dumplings and Jasmine Tea-Smoked Beef Short Ribs. Not sure what to get? Opt for the Hakka Fried Dim Sum Platter with Crispy Prawn Dumplings and Roasted Duck Pumpkin Puffs.

    The Bellagio offers a gorgeous venue to chill and snack on Dim Sum. If you’re there on a weekend, enjoy the rolling cart of Dim Sum treats, otherwise they have a standing Dim Sum menu, albeit small, it ranges from Sesame Ball’s with Lotus paste, Spareribs in Black Bean Sauce and Steamed Pork Buns, to name a few.
