The Best Gyms in Las Vegas Hotels

Whether you’re a gym junkie, and we mean that in the most flattering way possible, or you’re realizing that buttery pancakes and a mimosa everyday of your Las Vegas stay is starting to show at the pool, we’ve got a gym to fit your needs. No matter what you’re looking for (fitness classes, yoga, free weights or cardio), Vegas offers something for everyone.

Canyon Ranch at the Venetian
One of the best fitness centers and spas in Las Vegas, Canyon Ranch is the place to workout. There is a 40-foot indoor rock climbing wall as well as an array of designated workout studios with options such as cycling, Pilates, Kinesis, yoga and dance. Here you can also get a complete body composition analysis from an exercise physiologist and receive a personal trainer session. When you’re done with your workout, soak in Aquavana healing waters or soaking tubs to help the body recuperated after your burn.

Fitness Center at ARIA
Bright and airy, this is a great fitness center especially if you want to plug in the headphones, zone out and get in a great workout. An earthy ambiance with a friendly staff is the key to this gym. Enter the gym and decide where you want to go, whether it’s the numerous cardio machines, the weight room complete with flat-screen TVs or to take one of the classes in the topnotch fitness room. When you’re done, head to the Shio Salt Room and therapeutically heal the body.

Spa Bellagio
Checking into the Bellagio Spa & Fitness Center is a great way to size up your fitness level and get on the healthy bandwagon. Start with the Next Level Wellness Session, which includes a personal training session that includes BMI calculations and body fat testing as well as a customized workout session. Or, just get your pump on with a Power Plate Training session. If flexibility is your thing, the hotel offers a 30-minute stretch session to help you prep for all that walking you’ll do on the Strip. You can also join in on one of the several classes available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. such as Hatha Yoga, Bellagio Boot Camp, or Spin Cycling Class.

Cosmopolitan Fitness Centers
There are two separate fitness centers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas including the 14th floor West End Fitness Area and the 15th floor Eastside Tower Fitness Center.  The Eastside is open 24 hours a day, but the Westside is double the other fitness center in size and equipment. With 10 treadmills and 6 elliptical machines as well as several spinning bikes, you’ll definitely not have to wait to burn off that decadent dessert you ordered last night. It’s not an over-the-top gym, but a great place to start your day, and ramp up the body for The Boulevard pool party.

City Athletic Club
If you want to get off of the Strip to get your sweat on, head to the City Athletic Club Las Vegas on Sahara. This whopping 48,000-square-foot facility has everything under the sun when it comes to working out. It has also received the Conde Nast Five Star distinction for being one of the best Las Vegas athletic clubs in town. Avoiding the normally harsh lighting a gym offers, the City Athletic Club is elegant, spacious and has plenty of free weights, elliptical machines, treadmills, classes and even has a class for those interested in mixed martial arts (MMA).
