The Best Meals in Las Vegas

You can find 'best of' lists all the time, but what if you simply wanted the very best in Las Vegas when it came to where you should eat?

The Very Best Restaurant - Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand is pretty difficult to top because it encompasses everything you could possibly expect from a fine dining restaurant. The bread cart alone is worth stopping by for but the cheese cart and the chocolate cart will blow your mind. Choose from the chef’s tasting menu and you can easily say that this is a once-in-a-lifetime type of meal. You could probably also include Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace. Le Cirque at Bellagio and Carnevino at Palazzo are also in my list of the best of the best in Las Vegas.

The Best Cheap Meal– Eating cheap is always good, but eating cheap and well is even better. When you craft your pizza pie at 800 Degrees at Monte Carlo Hotel you’ll quickly realize that you can get an incredible deal here for far less money than you can get anywhere else on the Las Vegas Strip. It is simply hard to beat. Of course if you need gourmet cheap, Milos at Cosmopolitan does lunch for a low price and Earl of Sandwich at Planet Hollywood serves up a sandwich for so little money you’ll order two.

The Best Burger
- Comme Ca has a Lamb Merguez burger that will change your life. No, it will alter the way you eat burgers forever. Unfortunately, it is not always on the menu. Their regular burger is outstanding but the lamb is the type of thing you could serve at your wedding or you would request for last meal. Other notable burgers are the mini-burgers at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon that includes a little seared foie gras and the Mini Pepito at Jaleo at Cosmopolitan, which includes pork that is heavenly.

The Best Dessert – Yes, I love the sweet stuff. So, of course, I have to tell you where to get your fix. You can head into Jean Philippe at Aria Las Vegas and Bellagio and get your fill of pastries, crepes and tiny, sweet morsels of happiness. That is a no brainer as is Payard Patisserie at Caesars Palace. Also, if you need a delectable Italian Wedding cake, Buddy V’s at Palazzo will make you want to get married. The best place for dessert is Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace simply because the portions are huge. Order a frozen hot chocolate for yourself and do not share.
