This weekend is Father’s Day and there are a ton of great concerts and comedy acts to take Dad to while in Las Vegas.  At Galavantier.com we are running down your best bets when it comes to entertainment on the Las Vegas Strip this weekend.

Thursday, June 14

  • Rising rockers White Denim are next act to perform as part of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Thursday BLVD Social Club.  Tickets are $20.
  • Also at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Book & Stage welcomes singer-songwriter Kelley James.  The shows are free.
  • Andrew Dice Clay returns to bring his brash and no holds barred comedy to the Riviera Las Vegas for the next four nights. Tickets start at $49.99 plus tax and fees.

Friday, June 15

  • Hawaii’s own, Pepper, bring their high energy music poolside to the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas for an outdoor evening of fun.  Tickets are$25 plus tax and fees.
  • One of America’s funniest female comics, Kathleen Madigan takes the stage for a weekend of tomfoolery at the Mirage.  Tickets start at $29.99 plus tax and fees.
  • Glam-disco rockers the Scissor Sisters take over House of Blues at Mandalay Bay for a dance party filled with their hit songs.  Tickets are $27 plus tax and fees.
  • Rivers Cuomo leads his band, Weezer to Las Vegas for a performance at Mandalay Bay Beach.  Tickets are $55 plus tax and fees.

Saturday, June 16

  • Multi-award winning Nickelback bring their rock and roll to Las Vegas for a performance at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.  Tickets start at $39.50 plus tax and fees.
  • The Jesus and Mary Chain take the stage at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay for a wild night of music.  Tickets start at $29.50 plus tax and fees.
  • R&B fans get excited as New Edition fresh on a reunion tour make a stop at The Theatre for the Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood.  Tickets start at $42.86 plus tax and fees.
