PLEASE READ THE GALAVANTIER ("We", Us", or "the Company") TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU USE GALAVANTIER.COM ("Site") YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THE TERMS OF USE AND TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS THEN YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SITE.

GENERAL. Galavantier may offer products and services ("Services") that you select on the Site that are solely for your own personal use and not for the benefit or use of a third party. Our Services include but are not limited to any services the company performs for you, as well as the offering of any content on our Site. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time including the availability of any feature or product and restrict your access to the Services without notice or liability. We reserve the right to modify or change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If you use the Site following any such change you thereby agree to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as changed.

PERMISSION. You certify to Galavantier that you are an individual and that you are at least 18 years of age. You also certify that you are legally permitted to use the Services, access the Site, and take full responsibility for your use of the Services and access of our Site. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.

You are responsible for any equipment and services needed to connect to use the Site and Services. You are responsible for ensuring that such equipment and services are compatible with the Services. We cannot promise continued and uninterrupted access to the Site at all times and we assume no liability for any delay, interruption, or downtime.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/COPYRIGHT. The Site and its contents are intended solely for your personal use and not the use of third parties. You may use the Site only according to the terms of this Agreement. All materials on the Site are protected by copyright. You shall abide by all copyright laws when accessing or using any content on the Site.

If you believe that your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement please send your copyright infringement notification to our designated agent Jennifer.Carrico@GALAVANTIER.com.

CONDUCT: By using or accessing the Site, you agree that:

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications on the Site.

You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access the Site, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.

You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on the Site.

You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow our Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws.

You will not use the Site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Site, such as a denial of service attack.

You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

By sending any communications ("User Submissions"), you hereby grant to GALAVANTIER.com a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, display, license, sublicense, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publish, transmit, modify, edit, translate, and otherwise exploit such User Submissions, in all media now known or hereafter developed. You hereby waive any claim against GALAVANTIER.com for any alleged or actual infringement of any intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights, rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with any such User Submissions.

PRIVACY. The Privacy Policy are incorporated into the Terms of Use and by accessing or using the Site you certify that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. GALAVANTIER.com has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you. You acknowledge that GALAVANTIER.com has no control over and no duty to take any action regarding which users gain access to the Site and what Content you access via the Site. You release GALAVANTIER.com from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Site. The Site may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. GALAVANTIER.com makes no representations concerning any Content contained in or accessed through the Site and will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Site. THE SERVICES, CONTENT, SITE AND ANY SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

REGISTRATION AND SECURITY. As a condition to using Services, you may be required to register with GALAVANTIER.com and select a password and user name. You shall provide GALAVANTIER.com with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You may not: (i) select or use as a GALAVANTIER.com User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or (ii) use as a GALAVANTIER.com User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a User ID in our own discretion.

INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GALAVANTIER.com, its affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting frees, resulting from or arising out of your breach of the Terms and Conditions, your use of the Site, User Submissions submitted by you, or your use of any information obtained from the Site or any Content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances shall GALAVANTIER.com, its affiliates or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind (whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of data, income or profits), whether by statute, law or in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, even if an authorized representative of GALAVANTIER.com or its affiliates has been advised or should have known of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content on the Site, or with the Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you. If any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid, inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of GALAVANTIER.com and its affiliates in such circumstances for liabilities that otherwise would have been limited shall not exceed [two hundred fifty dollars (U.S. $250.00)].

The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services for GALAVANTIER.com are independent contractors and not agents or employees of GALAVANTIER.com or its affiliates. GALAVANTIER.com and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. GALAVANTIER.com and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control. GALAVANTIER.com and its affiliates have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site in connection with such Services selected by you. GALAVANTIER.com reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon ten (10) days prior notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the Site. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

This Site contains links to other web sites which are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by GALAVANTIER.com, its third party providers or distributors of the contents of such other web sites.

If GALAVANTIER.com or its affiliates take any action to enforce this Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

ENFORCEMENT. You agree that a violation or attempted violation of this Agreement and the Terms of Use will cause irreparable damage to GALAVANTIER.com in an amount difficult to ascertain with no adequate remedy at law. You agree that GALAVANTIER.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of the Terms of Use by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by GALAVANTIER.com in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

TERMINATION. Either party may terminate the Services at any time by notifying the other party by any means. GALAVANTIER.com may also terminate or suspend any and all Services and access to the Site immediately without prior notice or liability for breach of these Terms. All provisions of this Agreement, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination.

MISCELLANEOUS. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right shall not be deemed a waiver of any other rights. GALAVANTIER.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder resulting from any cause beyond GALAVANTIER.com's reasonable control. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the extent required so that this Agreement is otherwise enforceable. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with GALAVANTIER.com's prior written consent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Both parties agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, and that all modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind GALAVANTIER.com in any respect whatsoever.

LOW PACKAGE PRICE GUARANTEE. The Low Package Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying travel package booking through the Galavantier.com Web site. If you find a lower package price for the same exact branded package, same length of stay, same product category, same experience product, same day, time and length of experience, same time frame for the same dates, for the same arrival and departure times, and for the same pick-up and drop-off locations on Galavantier or any other Website until the pick-up of your confirmed reservation on Galavantier.com, Galavantier will send you a check in the amount of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) after you have completed your travel.

Send an e-mail to GalavantierGuarantee@Galavantier.com within 14 days after purchasing exact travel package experience: Booking confirmation number‚ Name‚ Email address of your Galavantier account‚ Dates of travel‚ Package price quoted by competitor‚ Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower package price including any REQUIRED resort fees, room tax, fuel charges, service gratuity you found online for the same dates and exact travel package you booked, Your home address for refund check. Upon verification of the lower travel package online, Galavantier will provisionally approve your claim. Once your travel is completed, e-mail your receipt to GalavantierRedem@Galavantier.com, or fax it to 1-702-666-0392. Galavantier will then mail your refund check approximately 45 business days after your receipt has been received and approved. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, the Galavantier Customer Experience Team will contact you via email to request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.

GENERAL TERMS. Low Package Price Guarantee applies only to on-line rates available to the general public and direct from actual brand website. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, convention rates or limited time flash sales. The Low Package Price Guarantee does not apply to individual hotel rooms, transportation, shows, tours, attractions, spas, inclusions, car rentals or special events booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms and transportation, shows, tours, attractions, spas, inclusions, car rentals or special events booked through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred, prepaid transportation, shows, tours, attractions, spas, inclusions, car rentals or special events or rooms booked on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel or transportation, shows, tours, attractions, spas, inclusions, car rentals or special events company until your reservation is complete (such as Hotwire and Priceline). The Low Price Guarantee applies to the exact match of a Galavantier travel experience only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional hotel amenities, giveaways and airfare are not eligible. Galavantier reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. Galavantier will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Low Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Galavantier or the hotel, transportation, shows, tours, attraction, spa, inclusions, car rentals or special event company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any materials relating to rates backed by the Low Package Price Guarantee.

These Low Package Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Galavantier Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and Galavantier relating to your Galavantier Travel Experience Packages on sale. Void where prohibited by law. Galavantier reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Package Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Low Package Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the Galavantier.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Package Price Guarantee and the Low Package Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the Galavantier.com web site.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. Merchant cancelation/re-scheduling policy of 72 hours applies; experience package subject to forfeiture. Transfers to and from the airport not included unless otherwise specified in package. Limit 1 per person per experience. Package is valid for redemption on and between specific travel dates listed at the time of purchase. Experience voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. All services must be redeemed during one visit and used by same customer. Additional experience items or upgrades may be purchased; appointments may be required and subject to availability. Unless date specified, reservations required and subject to availability. Entire value must be used in one visit. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is not for resale or commercial use. Not valid on holidays, blackout dates, or during major city events. Guests are responsible for all incidental charges during their stay (e.g., room service, minibar, in-room movies, etc.). Minimum Check-In Age: 21 with ID
