Chowhound: Las Vegas Restaurant Week August 29-September 11

Are you heading to Las Vegas between today and September 11?  If so, you’re in luck as the fifth Las Vegas Restaurant Week culminates today to provide locals and tourists alike with amazing opportunities to dine at some of the most popular and best restaurants in town while also helping to end hunger in Las Vegas.

Special this year, Restaurant Week has been expanded to two full weeks to enjoy and dine both on The Strip and around the Valley.  Featuring over 80 participating restaurants, each will feature a minimum of a three-course menu priced at $20.11, $30.11 or $50.11 per person.

Some of the participating restaurants include: Aureole Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay, BLT Burger at Mirage, Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo, Bar Masa at Aria, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Cosmopolitan,  Delmonico Steakouse at Venetian, Fix at Bellagio, Fleur at Mandalay Bay, KGB at Harrah’s, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand, MESA Grill at Caesars Palace, Nobu at Hard Rock, RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay, Social House at Crystals, Verandah at Four Seasons Hotel and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand.  For the full list of Restaurant Week participants and menu specifics, visit www.helpoutdineoutlv.org.

Guests taking advantage of the Restaurant Week menus will also be fighting hunger as a portion of the proceeds from each designated menu sold will be contributed to the Three Square Food Bank.

For every $1 raised, Three Square provides three meals for hungry children and elderly persons in Southern Nevada.

Eat, drink and have fun over the next two weeks.  Besides the opportunity to try an array of restaurants in Las Vegas for unbeatable prices, you are also helping to feed the mouths of needy families.  A true win-win.
