Life is Beautiful in Las Vegas

It’s another festival weekend in Las Vegas! The annual Life is Beautiful Music & Art Festival returns on Friday, Sept. 25 for three days of entertainment and inspiration. This festival isn’t just a great time to experience live performances from popular artists, it also gives you an opportunity to learn from distinguished leaders, indulge in culinary excellence and enjoy fantastic artwork. Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas and spread over 11 city blocks, Life is Beautiful offers a diverse and exciting lineup that you don’t want to miss out on.

The music lineup at the festival features artists from a ton of different genres. With performances by Stevie Wonder, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Duran Duran, Snoop Dogg, Major Lazer and more, there’s something for everyone at Life is Beautiful. When one of your favorite artists isn’t on stage, you can always head over to The Learning Series to be inspired by some of the world’s most influential innovators, athletes, entrepreneurs, activists and artists. The Learning Series presents the opportunity to hear stories from speakers such as Bill Nye, Tony Hsieh, Coach Ken Carter, Kat Graham and Rosario Dawson.

Yes, the lineup of talented musicians and inspirational speakers is endless. Luckily, the three-day event gives you more than enough time to roam the festival grounds and enjoy breathtaking murals by local and international artists. The festival’s urban environment gives artists the freedom to run rampant with their creativity in the form of semi-permanent street art. This year, Art Motel is making a debut at the festival. The Art Motel exhibition is located in a vacant motel and features a variety of eclectic and interactive installations.

All of the exploring you’ll be doing at the festival is bound to make you hungry. While you’re there, make sure you savor tasty delights provided by an impressive list of celebrity chefs and food vendors. Renowned chefs, such as Hubert Keller, Elizabeth Blau, Kim Canteenwalla, Carla Pellegrino and John Tesar, are set to demonstrate their culinary expertise. If you’re looking for a quick bite, you can visit one of the many food vendors or food trucks on site.

Life is Beautiful owns Las Vegas this weekend. Although you can still buy tickets to the event, you don’t actually have to attend the festival to take part in the excitement. Here are some other events you can attend if you don’t want to miss out on the magic:

1. Foxtail Nightclub is hosting a series of Life is Beautiful after parties headlined by Rebecca & Fiona Bynon (Friday night), R3HAB (Saturday night), DJ Drama and DJ Hollywood (Sunday night).
