College Football is a fan’s game… Fan-a-tics, that is. It seems that everyone has a rooting interest in a team because you were born there, graduated from there, or you bet on them (a Vegas specialty). Being born and raised in the south, football is in my blood. My life's schedule is dictated by when Tennessee is playing. Beyond my Volunteers, I'm a complete nut for this sport. It can be MACtion Tuesday, Thursday Primetime games, and of course Saturdays – anyway you can rest assured that I will be watching. As we get closer to the first ever college playoff, let's not forget that there are many other bowl games to watch. Vegas used to be all about the sportsbook viewing experience, but now it's so much more. We’ve outlined some of the best places to watch the college bowls in Sin City, check it out.

Don’t let the exotic look fool you; this is a sports bar by default, but it still offers an upscale experience. This is not some place that has to adapt to showing games while offering the best of the best. They are truly a sports bar with the mounted televisions and an atmosphere of what you’ve come to expect from your local watering hole. The ambiance of the room still screams ‘class’ from every vantage point.

It’s loud, crazy, and fun. Everything you want in a sports bar. Locals and tourists alike will meet on Saturdays to root for their favorite team, drink drafts and play beer pong. You’ll get the sense as soon as you walk in that this isn’t just a good place for watching college football. It’s a GREAT one. Banners hang from the ceiling showing that this place has a college feel to it.

If you’re a beer connoisseur and college football fan, you can’t go wrong with Tag Bar. Yes, it’s small, but the beer selection is not. How about some award winning cuisine while also getting the game day atmosphere? TE P.U.B. offers food that will blow your mind! Plenty of televisions don the walls to ensure you can watch your game from anywhere in the place. And don’t forget that they offer the ‘Beat The Glass’ challenge. The name should already tell you that this is a man’s place to drink. Not just any standard run of the mill place though. Not only do they offer you the standards in what you would expect, but get this… You can try to prove yourself by climbing a 39-foot-rock-climbing wall located in the center of this three-level hotspot. Plus some friendly and lovely ladies will be serving you in the most fashionable and scantily clad lumberjack attire you’ve ever seen.
Westgate Sports Book
If you’ve watched ESPN this year, you will have noticed that they started to show odds on games straight from Vegas. Where are those odds from? Yeah, they’re from a little place known as Westgate. The first thing you’ll notice is how incredibly massive the book is. Other books will give you a couple of large televisions, but Westgate comes out with an astounding 13. They also have the largest wagering menu in Nevada, if that’s your thing.
Caesars Palace Sports Book
Locals don’t lie, they’ve voted this the best sports book in town four years in a row. You can watch your game from an individual booth or enjoy it from a sports seat with friends. Regardless of your seat, you will have multiple viewing options. Caesars is all about personalization and that will show true when you see the screens placed virtually everywhere.

Disclaimer: I’m a programmer by trade. Yup, a college football fan that’s also a gigantic nerd. How could I possibly not include Insert Coin? Play new games, arcade games and drink beer while watching the games? It may seem like a gimmicky idea, but I promise you that this place has pulled it off perfectly. After the games are over, you can even dance and enjoy the party scene.
