Travel In A Minute: Football Road Trips, NHL and NBA Come to Vegas

As seen on FOX 5 Las Vegas MORE today, Galavantier.com travel expert Zeke Quezada shared his fall football and other sporting events to consider attending.  Please read below for Zeke’s picks.

If you are a football freak this is the best time of the year for those of us who love to sit in front of the big screens while watching too much football and drinking too many beers. You can step into one of the Station Casinos (Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock have fantastic sports books) if you want drink specials and big screens.

You can also hop on a plane and you can watch USC at The Coliseum in Los Angeles or California at Memorial Stadium in Berkeley. The truth is a road trip should not be out of the question for some NFL football the San Francisco 49ers host the Detroit Lions on September 16 and the Denver Broncos are home on September 23rd versus the Houston Texans.

Before you get on me for not mentioning hockey, the Las Vegas Wranglers start their season October 19 so you have a little time to get ready but the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche and Los Angeles Kings play at MGM Grand Garden Arena on the 29th of September.

There is also a little NBA action coming to Las Vegas, the Los Angeles Clippers and the Denver Nuggets are at Mandalay Bay October 6th and the Los Angeles Lakers play the Sacramento Kings at Thomas & Mack Arena on the 19th of October.
