Registration on Galavantier is voluntary. Galavantier collects personally identifiable information (PII) that you provide to us. This includes your name, address, email address, password, and certain information about your trip and interests as you build your itinerary. We also give you the opportunity to provide more information about yourself. We use this information to suggest experiences for you and create trips that meet your interests. You can delete or alter this information in your registration at any time.

We also collect non-personally identifiable information such as site usage information and data on transactions you conduct. We may use this information to deliver advertising to you that might interest you. We also may use this information to analyze traffic on our site. On certain occasions we share aggregated usage information with our partners. This information does not contain your identity or any other personal information identifiable to you.

We do not knowingly collect PII information from people under the age of 18. If we become aware of the fact that a minor is attempting to submit this information, we will inform the minor that he or she is ineligible to do so. We will then remove this information from our records.

This helps us provide you with your login information if you lose it and also helps us contact you with important information about Galavantier. You receive the opportunity to receive emails from us and have the option to opt out of receiving them at any time.

For instance, when you engage in communications or transactions with Suppliers or third parties on our site, such as the purchase of hotel rooms or products, you will be asked or required to share your PII with the Supplier with whom you transact or communicate. In the event Galavantier is sold, we will transfer your PII to the purchaser so that you may continue to enjoy our site and services. Please note that you can share your Galavantier itineraries with friends and once you do so your friends can share that information with others.

Part of your personally identifiable information that you share with Galavantier may include information such as credit card numbers that are used to approve financial transactions. By sharing such information with Galavantier, you consent to its sharing with suppliers necessary to complete the transactions that you are attempting to reserve so that your experience can be paid for and delivered to you.

We reserve the right to disclose information about you to law enforcement when we believe that you are a threat to Galavantier or are committing or have committed a crime.

When you visit Galavantier we may store information about your web session and assign cookies to you to assist in managing your relationship with Galavantier and our Suppliers. We do not own or operate the applications and websites operated by Suppliers that you use and visit on the Galavantier Platform. However, we do receive information from these Suppliers including actions you take on their sites or applications.
