Epic nights out shouldn’t mean epic sessions of planning, organizing, and scheduling between you and your mates. Since Galavantier lives and breathes Vegas nightlife, we’ve got a few tips and tricks under our belts that can make your night out on the town as legendary as you hoped it would be.

1. Take The Best Selfies

It’s 2:00 am, you’re drenched in sweat, and your dancing feet ache like a mofo.  You head back to your table and notice the bottles are empty, the cocktail waitress trying to shoo you away, and all your friends scattered like confetti throughout the club. “I’m in Vegas dammit and I’m not gonna let this party end!”

Don’t let it end. Grab some grub, and one last drink while you’re at it. Have the best after-hours nightcap at the seven best places to eat after drinking in Las Vegas.

No matter where you may end up in Las Vegas, odds are you won’t be more than 10 minutes from a casino. Almost every hotel, gas station and even our airport attempt to entice you into throwing down a few bucks and hitting it big. With so many choices and so little time (visitors should definitely work on that last part), where should you go to bring home the major jackpot?

This is Halloween in Vegas and it's every ghoul for themselves. But where to get your adult tricks and treats? Sure, some of these items below can be attended by a 7-year-old-princess, but let's aim a bit higher and assume it's for the delightfully fun degenerate adults we know and love.

Ronnie Rainwater, Delmonico Chef de Cuisine and Duroc pig exhibitor, softly-stated our journey for the next 90 minutes in one sentence: “We used every part of the pig and just tried to be true to our restaurant and showcase the whole hog, using everything but the squeal.”

Hearing this made me a bit fearful as we anxiously awaited to travel the mapped menu of the hog’s carcass. I’m not a big fan of pork – except for the mainstream cuts of pork belly, bacon, and carnitas – and I was curious to see if this menu tasted roughly the same. Pork is pork, right? ‘The other white meat.’

The party doesn't stop when the clock hits midnight; this isn't a fairytale gala, you guys. This is Vegas and the best parts of your night are bound to be when you're full of liquid courage and on a serious quest for more fun with your crew.

Drai's After Hours

You’re hungry and you don’t want to spend a lot of money. Las Vegas is notorious for being that spot where you bypass food to spend your money on other things, mainly the money goes to gambling and alcohol but before you stone me for making that assumption realize that we are talking about Las Vegas. Those bright lights and shiny towers are not paid for by people who are looking to lose money, those things are built on the backs of the people on the tables and in the clubs drinking $17 cocktails.

Sage at Aria is uniting with A. Hardy U.S.A. for a one-of-a-kind dinner party on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. The event is offering the opportunity to sip on rare cognac and Champagne – all paired with a five-course meal.

Executive Chef Richard Camarota designed the menu for this event with Craig Shoettler, Aria’s master mixologist, and Benedicte Hardy, CEO of A. Hardy, as hosts guiding guests through the dinner, explaining the history of each cognac and the thought process behind each Champagne pairing decision.
